Gardner Cabins are built from quality materials with a stylish exterior and a small deck out the front. Every cabin is fully insulated and elevated, with carpet, curtains and ply interior.

Our standard cabin:
Dimensions (approx): 3.8m long x 2.4m wide (under 10m2)
$400 delivery fee within Otaki – no collection fee required Additional fees may be required if outside of Otaki region Additional fees may be incurred if the site is not suitably prepared or easily accessible. $300 bond – this is refundable if cabin is returned with no damage and the rent is up to date.
A camper lead attachment is included to connect from your hotpoint to the 20m extension cable supplied by us.
No minimum rental period. Please advise at least two weeks before you require cabin to be collected. Rent must be paid one week in advance via automatic payment to nominated account.

Great service and a helpful knowledgeable team. I like the fact that they are providing construction experience for school leavers and that they are providing transitional housing to address the housing shortage. The product is well built and affordable. Good work guys!
