Whether you’re in need of an extra room, extra storage, an office, or even more space for your business.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No we have no minimum rental period for our transportable Cabins. 
 
What do I need to do when I've finished with my cabin?
Please ring or email us when you no longer require your cabin. Two weeks’ notice is required and from that date we will schedule the collection of your cabin!
What type of flooring is supplied in the portable house?
There is residential grade carpet with 11mm underlay in the cabin.
We also offer cabins with vinyl flooring upon request.
Do the cabins come with window coverings?
Yes, our Cabins come with thermal drapes on the ranch-slider door and roller blinds covering the other window.
Are the cabins insulated?
Yes, the cabins are insulated with Pink Batts R3.2 to the walls and Polyfloor to the flooring. 
How does the power work in the Cabin?
The cabin come with a “Warrant of Electrical Fitness”. We supply a 20m electrical lead that will connect to caravan power plug. 
What if my site has difficult access?
We can look at your site and talk to you regarding access.
Is there a Bond required?

Yes there is a $300 bond required before delivery

How much is the delivery fee?
Transport costs for your cabin is $400 with in the Kapiti area.
We can quote outside of Kapiti, if you let us know your location.
How long does it take to deliver a cabin?

From confirmation it takes 2 weeks for delivery
